CRI’s Integrated Security Solutions (ISS) delivers national integrated security solutions for the federal and commercial markets. We specialize in the installation and integration of complex enterprise-level systems and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems and monitor emerging technologies and how these technologies fit into the ever changing market place. For our federal clients, we routinely augment our technical expertise with CRI's Program Management, System Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A), and HSPD-12/FIPS 201 capabilities as required.
With over 100 employees that are factory trained and certified and a full fleet of trucks and service vehicles, our staff has the ability to mobilize quickly and provide the highest level of technical competence in the design, implementation and service of complex integrated security solutions including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) systems. Monthly reviews through our quality assurance program provide beneficial feedback that provides continued improvements to our repeatable processes. To ensure the highest level of quality and adherence to all contract deliverables, our installation teams are supported by three layers of support that include field support, in-house tech support help desk, and factory support. Each installation team meets with the project manager prior to project kickoff and is provided a detalied installation plan that includes detailed scope requirements, contractual deliverables, and schedule of milestones, working hours, contact information and Auto CAD drawings with required system details. Advanced preparation mitigates inherent risks of project starts and sets the course for enabling CRI to deliver every project to 100% completion.

With over two decades of experience helping clients, CRI has the expertise to assist federal customers in the design and procurement of fully integrated, end-to-end solutions that comply with all HSPD-12 policies and procedures. We bring practical knowledge based upon experience at both the enterprise and unit levels encompassing technical approaches, best practices, and appropriate technologies for accomplishing identity management, PIV card management, physical & logical access controls, as well as biometric collection, implementation, and matching.
