Monthly reviews through our quality assurance program provide beneficial feedback that provides continued improvements to our repeatable processes. To ensure the highest level of quality and adherence to all contract deliverables, our installation teams are supported by three layers of support that include field support, in-house tech support help desk, and factory support. Each installation team meets with the project manager prior to project kickoff and is provided a detalied installation plan that includes detailed scope requirements, contractual deliverables, and schedule of milestones, working hours, contact information and Auto CAD drawings with required system details. Advanced preparation mitigates inherent risks of project starts and sets the course for enabling CRI to deliver every project to 100% completion.
